Consultancy meetings for researchers, incl. PhD students
Data Science Lab offers consultancy meetings with researchers (incl. PhD students) employed at SCIENCE. Topics of such meetings could be
-
Assessment of the need for data science assistance. This could concern ongoing projects as well as future projects (for example whether a research application should include funding of salary to a statistician or a computer scientist for a shorter period).
-
Guidance of the researcher concerning data analyses or design of new experiments, and follow-up on analyses already carried out by the researcher herself/himself.
-
Discussion of relevant sections in the researcher's manuscripts and discussion of analysis issues in referee reports
If you would like to have a meeting, then send us a mail with a brief description of your statistical problem.
Enquiries will usually be handled in the order they come to the lab, and waiting time must be expected.
